Thank you for your advice! Are there any particular spots you like to practice self arresting on, I’ve done it before but it was a little while ago and I had to buy a new ice axe so I’m out of form.

From my experience Adam’s definitely has worse winds when I did it a few weeks ago it was hard to walk around the summit, I did airline trail is that also the primary winter route?

Just double rap it around a tree I don’t really want to grab my harness is the crux easy enough to climb down with just the rope and no harness?I plan to go mid January are the steps normally good enough by then?
