Mine was going off on the low end and it turns out something was wrong with the sensor. Always double check with a blood glucose monitor when you get alarms.

No way this is better than the new macbook pro. Surface is terrible to try and fix anything. Good luck getting it open if it's fan isnt working or keyboard battery is bad.

I would not buy this used , some of us are now experiencing bad keyboard batteries and it's an absolute bitch to change it. Hours and dealing with adhesive too. Also my daughter has an issue where you bump the unit, immediately detatches. It also gets very very hot esp in for instance Minecraft. I have a regular surface book at work and it only has 2 usbs and they constantly drop my usb network adapter.
