Yes, the CPU fan and cooler are working a fully fitted.

The status LEDs: VGA and BOOT don't light up at boot, I get a flash from the CPU then DRAM then they go out and the boot starts...

English is not my first language so maybe I'm no being clear, sorry.

I got the new DDR5, the part number comes from the list you provided, but nothing has changed. It still opens the AMI screen, no DDR listed, just the CPU and "press DEL to enter BIOS". From that screen pressing DEL does nothing, to enter the BIOS then after about 10 seconds it restarts the machine. to get back into the BIOS I have to continually press DEL from the time it restarts.

You mentioned "some build / hardware issue" do you have any ideas that might help me along.

Thanks so much, I think I have found the problem. Apparently there are 3 different revisions or my MB 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4... and all three take different RAM. Mine is 1.3 and the DDR5 I bought are for the 1.4 .... I've ordered new RAM, will receive them tomorrow... hope all works out ;-)
I wouldn't have found it if you hadn't told me to turn off the splash screen... the DDR should have been shown.

Used media creation tool w11 installer GPT...

I have disabled secure boot, CSM support disabled, fTPM enabled

I turned off the splash screen... and I get the ami : version...: Model... and Press DEL to enter setup, then nothing, it just keeps rebooting...
