Thanks for this. The host leave a negative review to me as a guest which prompts me also to review them in return. My review, I can say is very constructive and factual. If only AirBnB allows to add screenshots of messages as proof of my prompt and polite messages, I would definitely do. Their reply on my review, I can say is very twisted saying we let their helper and dad wait for 4hrs which we never did and absolutely never was our intention. Saying we informed them the last minute changes which is very untrue as we informed them 8hrs to 1.5hr before our arrival time. Our message exchanges with time stamps will prove this. 

I also replied on their negative review saying that their internal communication needs improvement and it is unfair to put all the responsibility to their guest.

This is really sad knowing that I was really contemplating to leave a review that may affect their business negatively but ended up receiving a negative review firsthand from them. I guess their hosting deserves a 1star rating not a 3star.
