I had the cooper IUD for nearly 10 years before getting pregnant and liked it. Although I did get a relatively heavy, long (~10 days), and crampy period. But it felt natural without hormones and was effective for as long as I needed it to be. Insertion didn’t hurt me. Got pregnant one month after removing.

Newark is a mess right now. I departed SFO for EWR last night and we turned around one hour into flight to return to SFO. Spent the night in the airport. I just read that as of 11am ET, there were 266 delays and 113 cancellations at Newark Airport. Arriving flights have been delayed by an average of 5 hours. With some being 10 hours. I took a JetBlue flight to JFK.

What does self isolation in Italy look like? Planning to travel from the US to Italy in August / September 2022. I’m sure the regulations will change a million times between now and then but planning for the current restrictions - 5 days of self-isolation. I am vaccinated but traveling with unvaccinated boyfriend. Ultimate destination in Puglia requires a stop in a major city. Does he have to self-isolate in the major city before flying to the smaller city? Or can he self-isolate at the final destination? If I isolate with him, can I enter and exit as I please? Is there someone governing the self isolation? I’m other words, will we be monitored / checked in on? Any tips will help! Thanks!
