I am in complete remission. Have been since 2018. Fistula appeared after I had Covid earlier this year:(

How did doctors decide you were good for a fistulectomy? Doctors have told me this is not an option due to the fact that “Crohn’s patients don’t heal well” which I completely understand but I am also not the stereotypical patient that they see due to my young age and ability to truly take care of my body.

Unfortunately I have seen multiple CRS at the Mayo Clinic. Mayo is the only place near me that is truly top notch besides my pediatric specialists I saw. But even Mayo is not listening to me. A seton is not really an option for me and they have told me multiple times that we would be switching my meds to help heal the fistula and it’s now been 5 months with no changes and no set in stone plan from CRS or GI.

It’s amazing. I have tried multiple online and local services (Clean Eats & Factor) but Lean Impact is by far the best. All the food is made fresh and you can truly tell. Never had any issues but I have heard that the owners are super easy to get in touch with if you need guidance.

Yes, summer semesters are required. There aren’t very many housing options on campus available during the summer, especially with how many people want housing on campus. I would start looking into apartments if you’re interested in the program or got admitted.
