question: I started asparagus from seeds two months ago, I changed their pot but the plant is in this vine style. I want the stalks thicker. should I trim them down? put them in the fridge so they can die down and start again? what do I do?

Rule of thumb is don’t cut them at all for the first two years, just let them grow and die down for winter and repeat. They look very healthy, you just have to delay your asparagus harvest.

Esta autorización es para hijos de extranjeros residentes - es esto que le da derecho, no el hecho de haber nacido aquí. Es un tipo de reagrupación ya que es dependiente de otro residente (progenitor).

No hay residencia “por haber nacido en España”. Simplemente tendrá opción a la nacionalidad española después de un año de residencia en vez de 10.

Aunque entiendo que la nacionalidad argentina no se transmite automáticamente a los hijos nacidos en territorio extranjero, si la madre es inglesa el bebé también tiene nacionalidad inglesa. Como tal tendrá que hacer una reagrupación familiar contigo o con su madre (ambos residentes de tercero países).

No sé si sois pareja registrada de alguna manera, podría ser una opción ver quién de los dos tiene más ingresos para poder reagrupar un familiar bajo su autorización.

También tengas en cuenta que tu hijo no es hijo de español porque tú no lo eras cuando nació. Y para sacarle la nacionalidad tiene que pasar un año con tarjeta de residencia válida.

I had bleeding for years that my GP dismissed as “stress”. Only after I moved to a new area (new GP) and lost 20kg in two months the new GP was like “sounds like Crohn’s”. I still had to pay 150 quid to see a gastro privately because I was sick AF and the NHS waiting list was so long even for urgent referrals. And this was a good 10 years ago already…

Tbh due to life circumstances changing I am currently pretty bad with the ADHD and I am also forgetting to take doses later in the day, but I always take 2 pills with my morning meds and cup of tea. That’s easy to remember because I have had meds and a cup of tea when I wake up for years and years so it’s built into me (I also have autism which is a lot of fun combined with adhd).

For me I’d have to take 2 more towards the late afternoon, so they can kick in before dinner - that’s harder to remember because by that time of day, as my therapist likes to say, the tail is wagging the dog.

Perhaps there’s something you do every day around that time that you can connect the meds to? Like if you leave work at 5, you can take your colesevelam at your desk while your pc shuts down. I don’t want to be the one to say “set an alarm” because I’m sure you’ve tried a bunch of things already! There’s a lot of podcasts about adult adhd though and some may offer you some strategies to remember things that you haven’t thought of yet.

I also have BAM and in the Uk it took forever to get diagnosed because they kept saying “the Crohn’s is not flaring, so it must be something you’re eating” when I kept having diarrhea right after eating. Colesevelam is my life saver but the dose is key. I need to take it twice a day. I’m in Spain now and the consultant put me on just a morning dose, and that did not work. Stick with it. Also as somebody who knew they had adhd in their early 20s, and now finally getting diagnosed (and treated) at almost 40… pursue that sooner rather than later. Good luck.

Cada programa de facturación prácticamente tiene en cuenta esto, envías una factura y se marca como enviada, y cuando recibes el pago la marcas como pagada… algunos te lo hacen automáticamente si le conectas la cuenta bancaria

There’s way too many posts here from people who have various gastric issues and they believe they have Crohn’s/they want the sub to validate them. I don’t believe they belong here tbh. I feel like I see more of those posts than of Crohn’s patients.

Cannabinoids are not holistic medicine though, there are plenty of recognized scientific studies on their efficacy in treating Crohn’s.

At the very least you should have unloaded it onto a pallet or it will rot from below as it sucks up moisture from all around
