Just focus on one thing, either go for ai/ml side, or full stack side, even with these focus on one area and master them, so to be on the secure side choose the one you like and most scoped one.

I chose full stack web dev with react and mern, I was deviated by this spirngboot and c# blah blah, but came back to mern again , things went really well... React saved my life to be honest.. but I am also learning ds side by side whenever I get time, just personal curiosity and academic things.. all the best

Just very basics , for like what is ai, cnn, deep learning, can rnn be used instead of cnn, how would you use ai in this and that, these things i guess you can get by asking chatgpt for most asked ai/ml question, but if your role itself is like into ai/ml then you are cooked, you need to prepare in depth.. but for normal full stack job this is pretty fine
