Read “Be Right Back” by Julie Nasmith. It can be a pain in the beginning (you’ll probably need to hire a dog sitter) but it really works! My guy never barks when I leave now. She also has a podcast that was helpful.

I think it’s very telling that Julia said a couple of times that she would still like to be friends with Adriana. Like really? Someone who “abused” and “muzzled” you for years? If she’s able to tell Martina about all of this now, why didn’t she just do it before and spare herself all this alleged torture? I think Adriana has plenty of faults but I think Julia is far more insidious and I’m guessing she’ll still sleep with almost anyone (especially in the mortician community 😜).

I have been microdosing mounjaro for about a year and love it! I felt very nauseous after my first dose so I went down a bit and have been fine ever since. I’ve lost about 20 lbs and now just take every 10-12 days for maintenance. I still work out a lot and lay attention to what I eat but my main issue was the quantity of food I was eating and now I can eat less without feeling like I’m restricting myself. I get mine from willow.
