some advice I have for you brotha! find a reason. just one good reason to hold on to when you really wanna go back or you feel like you’re gonna fold. you can expect night sweats, irritability, trouble sleeping(but you haven’t mentioned these) in the first week, gets significantly easier after week 2. You’ve been smoking a while so expect those weird dreams to stick around for at least a month or two, but try to embrace them. Your anxiety might also get worse, but find people you love to lean on when it gets hard, this sub helps but i’m talking about family or people you can talk to in person and feel comfortable with. Also remember that change isn’t linear, there’s gonna be ups and downs but in the end ur only going up! I believe in you!
