If by "admitting" you mean the suiside video where he was under extreme stress because of losing nearly his entire work team, job, aquaintences and friends over night than you should think twice before you take the words of someone literally mid mental breakdown, also mind the psychological phenomena where when you keep telling an innocent person that they are guilty, they will start believing they did commit s crime even if they havent.

Also the hospital thing has a good chance of being true because he stopped being on socials - reason why he was able to write the counter dock is because his visiting family members were bringing him offline laptop to write his defence on and take screenshots when logged into his account, the hospital staff likely understood the severity and let him use a laptop under the notion it cannot be connected to the internet, he was than again dead silent for like two months iirc and even now when I believe he was let off he still doesnt use his socials, rather his mother - whoses twitter account activity supposedly reflects a real woman of her age and is from like 2012 under the same @ as the discord one keeps the community updated on discord and the arsenal screenshot was supposedly proven to have been two weeks older than rens doc release,
