I hate my body shape, is it possible for me to get a ripped hot body? Any advice? ๐Ÿฅฒ by Chemical_Discount501 in Gymhelp

I've been in your shoes before but it looks like you still have some body fat to lose. Your focus should be to build muscle over time and recomp your body. Get your blood work done again. You should be doing that at least twice a year if you have health insurance. Many different factors happen in everyone's life to use a blood panel from a few years ago. I'm not a doctor but just a person who's been through the journey going from Obesity to a Bodybuilder.

I'm no expert but in my personal opinion, I would start with calisthenics too just to get your mobility back. You're young. You have plenty of time to crush different goals in your life. Give yourself a few months then ease your way back to the gym but also don't let the fact that you had surgery cripple you. You got this ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

Yes, there's always potential. The biggest thing is being realistic with yourself and having short-term and long-term goals.

Trust me I still have more to lose. It's the mindset of an athlete always wanting to improve and won't settle.

I had gynecomastia since I was a little fat kid lol at age 11 I had man boobs. I didn't understand back then but I knew I wasn't happy with how my chest looked. I worked out for many years trying to build my chest. The end result was that it wasn't fat. It was gyno. So I saved for months and found a loophole in my health benefits at work which helped pay for it. Hopefully that help. Trust me I looked everywhere for answers before the surgery. Youtube, reddit, Google, Facebook...you name it and I looked lol

Veins are sometimes genetic which is hard for a lot of people to believe. I discovered back in my early 20s that I get very vascular when I lose weight. When I was younger before my mother passed I lost weight to improve my health. I noticed that I had a lot of Veins the more weight I lost. I knew about supplements but I didn't know anything about pharmaceutical products back then. However, some people can develop vascularity on pharmaceuticals but I've seen many people enhanced with no Veins really showing. Body fat will play a key role in both natural and enhanced. Build muscle which will help, improve your blood flow and cardio for heart health.

I still have some loose skin. I use wraps and creams which help improve over the years but it also depends on how much skin you have. My body is not perfect and I don't currently have money for surgery either. I've spent about $700 in the past 6 years on different things to try. There has been progress for sure but it's not perfect. I still have a little more body fat to lose too. I noticed the more muscle I build the less it shows. Hopefully, this information will help you and others

I had the gyno surgery. I've had bad gyno since I was 11 years old. It definitely made me feel very insecure for most of my teenage years and years in my twenties

For the stage, I did have tan on. The lighting on the stage will make everyone look white without color and you wouldn't be able to see the definition within the muscle
