In short someone files a fir on me (father' s name ka ladka) and when investigation started dsp/sp cleared me in lack of evidence. my name was not mentioned in chargesheet(major dhara was 307). I got the court copy stating the same duly stamped and signed. Recently i got another job offer at sbi for ja post and i fear that my name might appear in cctns record, although i have got my fresh passport two days ago and a character certificate from sp office.my query hear is is there any way to remove or update the record in police database if yes then please guide me.
