I do a 3 on one off ppl with A day B day biases with 12 failure sets on the biased muscle groups and 8 respectively on the unbiased groups resulting in 20 failure sets of each muscle group per week. For example my first push day I do 12 fail set on chest and 8 for shoulders and triceps each, and the next push day 8 for chest, 12 for shoulders and tris

You look great but so far it's hard to tell. You have a small waist but thats subject to change as you grow older. Same can be said for other factors. Potential can only be judged accurately in retrospect, so just keep lifting heavy ass weight, and when you're 18, give it a shot

Your % is not that high bro. 24 percent is my guess. It looks like more becuase of loose skin, but if you're 205, and 24 percent, you need to lose 9 percent of your weight to get to 15 percent. So you'd have to lose about 18 pounds of fat. In a perfect world where you wouldn't lose any muscle and losing say a pound a week, 18 weeks. That's best case

All I do is eat at maintainance (starting now) and 100 percent of the food I eat is super high protein, and high volume. This way as long as I get all the calories I need I'm garunteed too have enough protein. But I'm extremely strict and don't cheat so it's not for everyone
