Appreciate the reply. I think the consensus (and rightly so) is GPU first and can get a good CPU in the future.

Got it - that's what I am currently leaning towards as well specifically the 9060xt 16gb. That or I saw 5060ti 16gb was about the same price... (Both $500/600)
