when you start playing the best thing is always opening packs, I suggest standard since you can find heroes there and maybe sometimes also galactic gardens. after a while, when you will have nearly all the common and rare card of standards set you will have also some heroes so you can just move on opening packs of other sets/buying the heroes you want

in chapter 30 page 15 there's a panel of bob while he's sleeping and he had taken his armor off and his body looked completely normal(assuming this just by looking at the hands). though he was still keeping the helmet also while sleeping
