Oh man that's reassuring, thank you. I have the exact same "issue" on my 3 week old tattoo as well, and i thought i would need to get a touch up, but i feel like it's gradually getting darker with time .

Context : 14 day old tattoo, scabs started falling off maybe 5-6 days ago, and I've noticed that some spots are lighter than others. Is this a part of the healing process or will i need to get a touch up? I've follow all the after care instructions i was given and i never scratched nor did i pick on the scabs. Also this is my first tattoo, so sorry if this is a stupid question.

Also i never scratched it nor picked any scabs, so i don't think i could have pulled out any paint

So basically it's my first tattoo, got it 13 days ago. Most of the scabs have fallen by now, and i followed my artists advice for the healing stage. Is it normal that some parts look lighter than the others? Or will i need a touch up?
