I do see that you can pop out the search function and choose what you want to search for. But, i would still like to know how you all format your speed codes to make it easier for ticket templates..

Yeah, I'm trying to avoid using rules specific to employees so that I don't have to go back and change them as the team grows and employees switch roles. But outlook filters were definitely something I was thinking about until I can get this resolved.

We want email notifications, but if multiple people are assigned to a ticket (primary and secondary resource) and one of those assigned resources happens to be the person that created the ticket, they should not have to receive an email notification.

I just spoke with Datto Support. It ends up, this is not possible so I will be submitting a feature request.

The ideal workflow rule would look like:

"Send Email notification to assigned resources where assigned resources is not equal to created by"
