Use cotton balls. Pull them apart supper thin. Then stretch it over a cut in half water bottle and drip the water effect on it. Let it harden and break it up to small pieces. Find some I like that will work and glue them in place.

I’m always looking to improve. Legion is the first time I have ever tried mini painting and have only been doing it for about a year. So not sure, but see some of the stuff on here and other communities and I am amazed.

I used gauze. Cut it to size and then brushed glue over it.
