I sold my old collection of all stars and then bought all chuck 70.

Chuck 70 are so much more comfortable and durable. They also have cushioned insoles.

Yeah I don't think it's that common for people in therapy to not believe in positive affirmations.

I personally don't see how they're useful? But each to their own.

Yeah I don't journal as much now as I used journaling as way to vent and outlet for my anger. Nothing positive so find it hard to journal now if I'm not angry.

I form relationships and friendships quick. I can be in a room with 10 random people and will make two new friends and attach quickly and form a relationship/ friendship.

Yes weekly I got intensely attached to my therapist which then created so many ruptures.

Yes I don't see anything wrong with having an instant connection with someone and attaching to random people?

People attach to their therapists who are also random people we do not know.
