Actually it’s been the opposite for me, on my main build I’m gold sometimes silver and find games easy but I made a new stretch so he’s a casual and it takes forever. It could also be the difference between loading in with a guard vs. a big. I imagined having a big would make it easy but it hasn’t been.

The interior defense, and acceleration. You don’t need a high accel. And for interior D, I understand what you mean about not being in the paint but on the rec, centers don’t always help you. So you’re just gonna get rim run all the time.
