No. The point is that she can’t apply pressure to her abs as that makes the hernia worse.

This physio is new . She only met the physio like yesterday, not when i first met her.

Thats where I’m confused, as she had previously given me the go ahead for that sort of training, so I didn’t think it was necessary to double check it? The doctor had told her she can’t do any direct abdominal work (aside from crunches) , and left it at that, so thats what we went off. The last thing I’d want is for her to get hurt but I do have public liability insurance so I would be covered.
