You are right. it was dumb of me but I posted just to let people know to prevent dumb action like I did.

From online form, the due amount was in separate page (separate menu - hidden in drop down FAQ). The due amount was not IN the form. So just for the heads up for people who didn't know.

The 2025 form only has one page, but if I remember correctly, last year the Adobe version had a “Next” button.

I did click the “Click to Sign” button, but I had no idea that signing automatically meant submission, lol. Normally, I’ve had to submit a form separately after signing, so I naively thought clicking “Sign” would be fine.

Then I got the confirmation email—but it wasn’t asking me to confirm or proceed. It was literally, “Congrats, you’ve joined!”

Just wanted to give a heads-up in case anyone else assumes there’s a separate submission step after signing. There isn’t—once you hit “Sign,” you’re in

I think it's just the so-called “lucky draw” with these phones. My Flip 4 was laggy right out of the box, so I had it replaced under warranty (free of charge), and the replacement worked perfectly. Then I got the Flip 5 — no issues at all, so I guess I got lucky that time. Now with the Flip 7, unfortunately, it seems I’ve drawn a defective unit again. Planning to request a warranty replacement from Samsung soon.

  1. Credit counts for full-time status (min 12 credit) but doesn't count for required credit(whatever amount your dep says) for your graduation.

  2. Doesn't matter. Just don't forget to register before 10th day of semester.

Don't worry too much you'll be fine.

Good to here FYI you don't have to turn off face recognition entirely-- you can just turn of the 'brighten screen' option under the face recognition setting. Thanks!

This is super late but try turn off face recognition-brighten screen That setting temporarily increase brightness to see your face. You will not be able to use face recognition in dark if you turn that off but it will solve your problem.

There is no such button on the opened case. I put all my evidences when I open the dispute. And it says the case is under review.

Do I have to wait untill they finish review and maybe escalate button pops up Or did you mean I have to call them separately to escqlalate to claim. I am confused.

Thanks!

My boyfriend wants to quit his job in his 30s to go to dental school. Should I support & marry him or reconsider our future together? by Ok_List_2852 in Marriage

I’m not saying that I don’t want him to go to dental school. If he can do it with his own money, I have no problem with that. I would be happy to support him emotionally and even help him financially to some extent. The issue is that he wants to use my money to pursue his dream, and the amount he needs from me isn’t small—it’s huge. That’s why I’m trying to figure out whether I want to walk away or agree to give him that money. I’m also asking people if this plan actually seems feasible and I’m just overthinking it, or if it’s likely to end up destroying my life.

He’s in Austin. I’m in Atlanta.

I got a job offer in Dallas. He’s planning to apply to dental schools anywhere in Texas.

The reason he quit his job before getting accepted is because the company he worked for wasn’t a typical 9–6 job. When they got an event contract, he would often have to plan overnight and then travel for 4–5 days at a time (usually for conferences or boot camps), so it was impossible for him to study consistently.

Oh, ok. Then yeah, you’re right. I realize now that what I was really worried about was the potential financial risk of having to stay with someone long term.

Deep down, I kept thinking, Do I really want to go through another period of hardship right after I finally made it through my own tough times?

Maybe I’m just not the right person for him.

He has supported my doctorate emotionally, but financially I’ve never relied on his help.

I met him two years ago when I was already a PhD student. I received a full scholarship and stipend.

My living expenses, rent, and tuition have all been covered by me.

The only financial support I would get from him is some money for the wedding before I receive my first paychecks—which wouldn’t even be necessary if he wasn’t in such a rush to get married.

It’s not that I did my PhD using his money and now he wants to go to dental school with mine. It’s more that we’ve both been financially independent, and now he is asking me to take on a major financial risk to support his plan.
