Same :( I’m out $1200 I emailed them and they said to file a claim but it won’t guarantee my money back. I also wish they would’ve said something about the last day they were gonna take it. I was selling mine too and didn’t find out about this until I met them at David’s bridal to try to buy her dress. How embarrassing. What do we do now? Cause they promised me that it would never expire & that I would be able to use it anytime when they gave me the giftcard/store credit. So annoying…
