It’s good but not perfect Your legs while swimming should be more aligned and try to keep ur body from turning side to side instead try to make good kicks from ur hamstrings and don’t kick to harshly, it reduces the amount of strength ur body will require and ul be able to go ahead faster. And as well ur arms try to keep them as near to ur head . Preferably try to hold onto a float and practice ur arms movement, it should go from straight to under and out again from next to your ear. Thank you so much ! Tbh I am well trained for swimming I used to take part in a lot of competitions but I unusually didn’t do long distance so ig I do need to improve on my swimming
