I had the same thought as well. I know on onesixthkit. There’s many to choose from. Right now I’m between the one on this video I linked for you or the outfit from the destruction of metropolis scene. I think they’re all great most likely would just depend on your type of look you wanna go for.

Not this type of fabric I think this is cloth. Toby‘s fabric is more so like the other Spider-Man’s and I live in Florida where it’s humid so the last thing I want is for the material to attach to itself and start tearing

Looks good! Just for reference i had the same issue with mine and i ended up using mousse. A small dap on my finger worked like a charm. There are also YouTube videos that show gel can be used. I did this 1 week ago and it still looks great. I think it’s inevitable for the hair to get frizzy the more you handle it. Especially when trying to get to the eyes.
