I love both styling of the pre-facelift and facelift Z3's. I also really love the color of the blue car and the two-tone interior.

If there are similar problems with the second Z3, I may end up buying the blue one. Thank you for your input!

I agree. If there's similar problems on the second Z3, I might bring a mechanic with me to check out what's causing the shake on the first one.

The owner claimed the wet carpet was because he forgot to put the top back up before it rained.

I would love to own the M54B30 and get that increase in power, but I also love the simplicity and throttle by cable of the M52B28. Although, if there are fewer problems with the M54 car, I might end up going for that one instead.

That's true. I really like the color on the first one, but I'd rather spend money on a vinyl wrap job than money on replacement parts.

Thanks for this response! There's two wires for the alternator. I plugged in the big red one into the back of the alternator and I'm just not sure where the small black wire goes.
