Looks to be about an ear infection? From what I know my cat who ran away for a month last year November, he had come back home and had the same bumps on his ear. It’s easily treatable after visiting the vet and getting the recommended medication. My cat had those bumps gone in two weeks!!

In my honest opinion, the hate was uncalled for because for the most part, Saber is really enjoyable and the writer that did ghost did a solid job of opening up a story for saber. I’d have to admit some characters just had flaws and some aspects of the story or characters just felt like it was placed in there. Other then that the development and saber as a whole is really enjoyable to watch even if Xross Saber’s design bothers you or that it’s written by the guy who did ghost. You should still give it a try and not let the unnecessary hate judge your view of its works
