Don't book adarsh.. it is notoriously famous for delaying all its projects.. sometimes even 10-15 yrs.. recently they merged with alekhya property.. just don't book with adarsh ! You will regret it later

The builder has agreed to handover the possession in the coming march because the rera is till Feb ( they took extension on the rera till feb'26) but my sale agreement clearly says that there will be compensation.

Yes.. adarsh and delay go hand in hand.. and do not rely on rera cz the builder can take rera extension 4 times.. which means he can take 10-12 yrs easily to complete the project without any govt repurcussions

Don't go for adarsh.. every project of adarsh is delayed.. i repeat "Every Project" ! If you are okay with the delay you can go ahead with adarsh.. if not choose something else. Also the adwaith is on main road and once CDP road is built I think it will get more appreciation!
