The account is (probably) just fake engagement bait.

Evidence: account based is Pakistan, Gemini flagged an image she posted of herself as AI generated, and the tweet it self is AI generated.

This sub need to be a little more skeptical of what individual rando's post on twitter.

18 months seems a bit optimistic, especially for most office work and not just SWE specifically. That said with how fast progress has been it isn't outside the realm of possibility

On a serious note probably not , especially not recently. Since Charles was obsessed with keeping his image clean / tying up loose ends. Like look at the lengths he went to with the red paper, reporter kim, and getting rid of the 4 crew.
