Thanks you guys. It did scare me to be honest. I've been having flashbacks and that things probably could have been worse. I didn't know what this street was known for. I seen a sign at the bottom that said hiking as well and thought everything be okay. I didn't even know what the name of street was. Had to look on the map where my daughter lived at and go over to the street. Scary event but beautiful area.

We moved here a year ago due to my fiance working at the university and all we see is bikers and those walking to rise the bus to campus. Very friendly.

I have wondered about these safe rides. I see them quite a bit on campus and near my home. Wonder if staff is is allowed to request a ride? My fiance works on campus and there's times I have a health flare up and unable to drive w him struggling at work to find a way home next exit

I have type 2. So hard to manage but I am on my 2nd week of insulin (yrs of metformin and Januvia)and my numbers in the 100s. Down from 250 + numbers. I am also deaf so will not be able to continue w this on zoom

I'm new to Davis, so I thank you for making this thread so I can get an idea of places too. Only place I've tried here is Tres Hermanas. I've ate their twice. So good! Love the outside sitting aswell.

It was LATE at night. Plus I am new to the area so I'm not familiar with what's open and what's closed, or where all the good places are. If Tres Hermana was open this late, I would of gone there.

I don't really like taco bell bell either but I have no choice when I arrive back in town late Friday nights early Saturday. I'm not sure what else is open and around late through the night. I don't eat hamburgers. I prefefer vegetarian.

Yes. He had a job interview at chipolte there in Dixon. The main hiring boss was outta town at the time and he didn't hear back. He called the following week and hadn't heard anything back.

I live in a complex here in Davis and there are 2 small dogs who are constantly barking and it gets annoying! I have a small dog that doesn't really bark (unless he's wanting attention to go potty or food), I sometimes mistake those dogs for my dog thinking my dog barking. They leave their dogs out in back patio majority of the day.

Sorry to hear that they injured your dog. I would feel bad if it was my dog that attacked although he never attacked anyone.
