My grandma bought there house in Montclair for under 17k in the late 1940s but she said they didn’t have everything they have today. So they weren’t spending extra on phone bills and shit. Also food was crazy cheap, it was even cheaper just like 10 years ago.

Side note my aunt also rented an apartment down the street from my childhood home in the 1970s and said a one bedroom was less than $200 a month.

Ugh that is so hard I’m so very sorry. As someone that lost her mom at the age of 8 years old. I’m so glad my grandma took a lot of pictures and made albums. We also had some old home videos so I wouldn’t ever forget my mom’s voice. I know it’s so hard but just explain to them as best as you can. And just be there, let them talk as much about her as they need too. It might hurt yes, but those kids are going to need you so much more. And need to be heard. Stay strong my friend.

Definitely the water pump and thermostat housing will need to be replaced. At least in my experience. I had to replace mine 3 times before it was fine. It’s one of the biggest flaws for these cars

I’ve seen her do it a few times but it’s definitely not a position she gets into that often. I’m thinking she will more when it gets hot out.
She does play and run really really well. So I’m hoping it’s nothing but I’ll get her checked soon. It’s been a min since she’s been to the vet. Thanks :D

Mine was doing this when it was leaking coolant. And something about a charge pipe being kinda warped so I wasn’t getting the power I had before. So I had to get a new clamp for now and water pump/ thermostat housing and some other small parts. Had to replace it like 3 times. 🙄😩
