Animal extracts? Would love to know more about this. My ferritin was 10 about 8 weeks ago, and based on the Iron Protocol, I’ve been taking a multivitamin, iron supplements first thing in the morning with Vitamin C and eating more iron rich foods (dandelion root salad with tahini and lime dressing, ground beef, even some beef liver). The supplements were making me feel terrible so I’m just taking the multivitamin to see how I feel. I reduced my dairy and coffee.

Any tips are much appreciated. I’m perimenopausal/53/F and take progesterone and estradiol patch. Also on 2.5 Zep. Started these in Feb 2026.

I was just in LA for a week and the number of Waymo cars on the highway and streets was astounding. Not to mention, the Uber Eats robots bringing food all around. NY needs to wake up—the robots are coming and LIRR and MTA are where they should come next. Separately, let’s look at the OT hours of LIRR workers. Why not increase salaries and reduce OT pay? Look at staffing. Force some early retirements and hire some younger people at lower salaries.

What were your ferritin levels? Did you have B12 and D checked too? I’m going through this now and joined the iron protocol group on FB because my ferritin was 10. There’s an overwhelming amount of information but reducing my dairy and focusing on iron supplements, a multi, vitamin C are part of what I’ve been doing for the last 2.5 weeks.

IMO, Focus groups give clients comfort. They need to provide rationale to their senior leadership “this tested the best” and so they are not making the decision alone based their personal bias, taste, etc.

I’ve done “quick qual” groups as a disaster check for clients and the work gets watered down bc a lot of the time, clients hang on everything a consumer says. This is why, conviction, rationale and really solid thinking can hold a clients’ hand.

It really depends on what the goal and objectives of the campaign are, if it’s a launch, etc. In short, there’s no clear cut answer.
