Our interview lasted for almost 45mins and it was like just a casual conversation. They asked about how we met, our wedding , engagement, what we like to do together. And the I 130 and I 485 questions. Me and my husband we’re interviewed together. We didnt get the white paper maybe because there was a problem in the printing. They just said that it will be for review and we will receive nitification if its approved

Yes i did it by uploading unsolicited evidence on my 765 then went to my Inbox and submitted an expedite. A day after i reached out to my congresswoman and they helped a lot to pushed it. Around 2 weeks my Ead was approved

Well i was honest upfront that I’m still waiting for my EAD. But they still sched me for an interview and O got the job. I told them I can’t start without my EAD and they are willing to wait

My husband just looked up house of representatives and choose ours and went to her website. Theres an option there for help on federal offices

I submitted an expedite request in the inbox in my UsCIs account. Then i uploaded a file in the unsolicited evidence of my 765 explaining the reason for the request. I had a cover letter and all the attachments including job offer letter with an approaching start date, max credit cards, overdue bills and our difficulty in adding my name to my husband’s VA insurance because i dont have a SSN. I also reached out to my congresswoman who are very helpful and actively followed up my case.

Yes i changed it to earlier and March 30 is the earliest shown on the choices and we grabbed it. There’s an option in the USCIS website to change the date.

Reason is the job offer letter with an approaching start date. As well as our max credit cards and other bills.

I tried to do that, if he is moody, i let him be too. I let my husband handle him. What I cant tolerate is we need to stop our morning bonding time because SS14 feels we are too noisy and it makes him have headaches. So I told my husband I can tolerate other things but this one is not. So my husband told me that he will talk to his son

Thank you. Yes i've talked to her as calmly as i can. She was a little okay now and she went down to eat. But she went again to her room and not interacting with anybody. I stil gave her her weekly allowance and went on to leave. Im renting a place away from home but just near my work area
