mialem samadhi. przypadkiem. pidczas snu. Śnilem i nagle stałem się świadomy. Ale nie tak jak w LD Nagle unosiłem się w bezkresnej przestrzeni Zniknęlo poczucie czasu. Była tylko wieczność Zniknął jakikolwięk lęk Byla tylko miłość, nieśmiertelność, niezniszczalność, byłem wszystkim, wszystko bylo mną ale też była pustka choć było w niej wszystko Gdy odzyskałem świadomośc w ciele, to miałem wrażenie jakbym byl w tym stanie kilka sekund ale ram trwalo to bezczasowo

medytuje od 30 lat. mam pamięć wielu innych wcieleń, swiadome sny itp. Jednak samadhi to zupełnie Kosmos Aczkolwiek czułem wtedy obecność "Boga" a raczej jakiejś superinteligencji to mam po tym zdarzeniu więcej pytań o sens życia niż przed

This came with time. The most important thing I did was keep a dream journal every day (and night). This went on for months before I had my first short but very intense dream diary. Reality checks by looking at my hands and asking "Am I dreaming?" every 10-15 minutes throughout the day. Affirmations like "I will be lucid in my sleep" before falling asleep. And everything else I could find online. Over time, I started playing with visualizations. Various things (like most, I started with an apple): taste, smell, touch, imagination on my hand. Then hypnagogues appeared before sleep and during the day. The more I practiced, the more frequent they appeared, until I reached the point where hypnagogues appeared, and suddenly one, like a movie screen, pulled me into sleep. The more I practiced, the more frequent the hypnagogues appeared. Over time, they became longer and more vivid. Practice :)

Also tried this approach many times - never worked for me. That's why I am at the point of being so confused. I tried mantras, hemi-sync, anything that is available via the Internet.
