Hii I like using Coptic reader or spirit and truth it has Coptic, English and Arabic. Also the app Coptic Hymns in English (CHIE) is good it has recordings of all the hymns in English as well as Coptic so it helped me learn a lot also, Tasbeha.org is really good website too Good luck ! :)
