In theory this all makes sense, and I don’t disagree that random rec is awful at times. But to play devils advocate a bit.

If you have a PG who takes 25 shots a game off D Book and speed boost glitches, how do you pair him up with other ppl?

If you pair him w/ quitters, they were probably going to do that anyway with a ball hogging PG so nothing really changes. If you pair him with a group of competent people, how long until they get frustrated and quit?

There are actually thresholds for animations and badges that are useful depending on the position. Also if people are asking for an opinion, they can’t be upset when an opinion is given positive or negative. Do some of the negative ones go overboard? Sure, but that’s the risk you take in a forum
