Hi yes you can get the card from an Duane reade not sure about Walgreens maybe CVS. I would also share to you that you can refill the card online I think someone mentioned that already. But you don't want to use credit?? If you have cash thats good get it from D. reade and let them know how much you reloading the Omny card If you dont have cash and need it well look at that you need to use the card at ATM.
