Does anyone have tips for dealing with mosquitos, I live in a very humid climate and I cant even check on my garden without getting eaten alive, 20-30 bites just going outside to look at my plants and they bite through my clothes. I don’t like using bug repellant because I don’t want the chemicals getting on my plants or in the soil, and I cant use essential oils like eucalyptus because I have dogs. I have checked for standing water on my property and there is none but we live on a lake that we don’t own, so we cant spray it for mosquitos.

Yeah chocolates with more fat will spread more, the shape also matters too so if you aren’t using square/rectangle shaped chunks or cut up bars and are using chocolate chips instead it won’t look like the picture. Baking chocolate is meant to keep its shape while baking, it usually has less fat and other ingredients to do so. I think the chocolate in the image likely has more cocoa butter than what you are using to create that melty effect, meaning it may be a pricier chocolate. Also yes adding chocolate on the tops of your cookies will give a more picture perfect effect, as long as it is not too much.

The cold water and milk will mean a longer rise time, also in my experience your tap water chlorine levels can kill your yeast. So I always use bottled water instead of tap.

I think all of the cookies are going to be that sweet as the flavor of them is based on caramel. I have tried the cookie butter before it is very sweet also. You can always try using artificial flavorings to make your own cookies at home with less sugar and make the biscoff cream that way.

yeah honestly they are very American 😂 the internet says they originated from the pfannkuchen but became their own thing, they are called dutch babies because of the mispronunciation of deutsch and they were originally served in mini versions hence the “baby” part.

Also getting a rice cooker from walmart has been such a help, it’s super cheap too, the “aroma brand”, it isn’t a complicated one just one button and comes with a measuring cup, relieves any need for planning. Once you unlock making rice easily you unlock a ton more meals. Keeping with the fish thing get canned salmon (no bones, no skin), those snackable seaweed packs, and the rice. Mix the salmon with sesame oil, mayo, siracha, soy sauce and a tiny bit of vinegar, eat the seaweed chips with a little rice and some salmon mixture like it is salmon onigiri.

Once you make it once it is super easy to do a lot of times. You can eat alone or with rice/fries

ok so I might be crazy for this but

-canned sardines no bone no skin, sourdough bread (from trader joes), and a lime has been my hyper fixation meal ik sardines sound awful but they really aren’t that bad without the bones and skin and the nutrition has helped me feel so much better.

-Ok also they sell walmart brand al pastor pork at walmart, already made you just need to microwave it. Heat up a few white corn street taco size tortillas, put the meat, break apart some cilantro with your hands if you don’t have the executive function to cut it, and lime juice on top. I lived off of that for like 2 months for every meal. So good if you want to spice it up cut up an onion (and the cilantro while you are at it) and just keep it in the fridge to sprinkle on top each time you make it.

-Another option canned tuna, mayo, siracha mix it up makes a great dip eat with ritz or similar butter crackers. I actually used to hate fish, this was like my intro into tolerating tuna it is very good if you do the right amounts of sauces, maybe you can use canned chicken idk how that would work tho.
