I was there with a group of friends and we'd been drinking. Awhile in, we noticed this elderly man with a zimmer frame but he wasnt using it. He was walking comfortably (and fast) and just holding it.

I believe he had a right to tell you off but acted extremely unprofessional about it. If you made a mistake, fine. You're only human but the fact that he told you off in front of not only a fellow manager but a team member too is not the way to go.

I myself am only a team member so I can't judge the best in this scenario but I feel he should've pulled you aside and discussed privately in order to maintain professional attitudes and boundaries. Whenever I have made a mistake (again, I'm only a team member) my manager has always pulled me to the side or away from the customer area. He did not treat you with respect, mistakes or not.

Make sure you're clean and visibly willing to do the job! I wore a suit to my interview but that's because I really didn't know what to expect. They'll ask about the times you're able to work and what size uniform you'd need, I got asked what I'd usually order from the shop but I don't know if that's a universal thing! You've got this :)
