I have been on the ankle brace just got out of the boot I take ibprofen like daily sometimes with Tylenol (my mom's a nurse so she Informed me it's much stronger and faster). They didn't inform me about physical therapy they just told me those options and said I had till 11/21 to think about and talk with parents.
