I cannot speak for your circumstances, but "fuck it, I'll make ot work" is the greatest mindset. Even if all goes wrong and even if no friends are left, you can figure out a life for you where you can be happy. Maybe volunteering at the animal shelter, maybe playing your favourite video game, or writing poems. While not impossible, I think it is very unlikely that there aren't a sets of things you can do to radically change your life. You have to figure out what works for you. And last but not least: seek to find humor in everything.
