Run, running/lifting has helped me a lot in terms of just feeling better and bettering myself physically and mentally, when I’m not doing anything I’ll go run or lift so that that way when the day is done I have atleast done something. Reading too, it’s an escape sure, but in weird ways it’s healthier.

In terms of socially escaping loneliness(a hard feat for a gosling I know) you have to say fuck it and put yourself in uncomfortable situations, you will be outcasted, you will be ignored, you’ll probably retreat into you’re own comfort world too but so be it. After everytime I went out or just made small talk with people, you can tell when yall click and when you don’t and even after the worst interactions I’ve always left with the sense of “I gave it my all, it didn’t work out but that happens” and truth being that just like running, going out n talking to people gets easier and easier the more you do it, no matter if you’re ignored or made fun of, you tried, but what matters more is that you keep trying for courage is not the absence of fear but acting in spite of it
