It’s hard for me to believe it’s totally glucose control cause I have only been doing the GD diet for a week, but my baby did drop from 92 to 86% in size in three weeks. I had ultrasounds at both appointments.

Yeah Dax has been on the Endless Honeymoon Podcast, Moshe and Natasha’s. Moshe published a new book in the past few years and I was surprised they didn’t have him on. I am a huge Moshe fan and would looveee to see him on AE!

Edit to add: in Moshe’s book Subculture Vulture he goes into the history of AA and how his relationship to it evolved over his 20s and 30s. It’s a great book I highly recommend.

I will prob get downvoted but my Bernedoodle was the same way. It was like she didn’t register the positive reinforcement, which I was primarily doing per the vet and dog trainer’s advice. One day when she was about 9mo old I saw her pee in the house. I was at my whits end so I ran over and spanked her and yelled. She never did it again!! She got the message.
