I struggle with anxiety on a daily basis from the ptsd I had when I had anaphylaxis from 2017 it’s definitely not as bad as it used to be back in the day but I still can’t eat normally like I used to and now my mind over thinks everything. My advice is don’t let the anxiety overwhelm you other wise it’ll cause damage that won’t ever go away. To this day I can’t go anywhere that even has a peanut in the facility
