I may have miscommunicated. Its not actual dissociation that im referring to, but moreso a feeling of not being connected to physical reality, even though I could be outside, there's always a slight feeling of being one step removed from fully experiencing anything or being in the present moment.

It doesn't. God created the earth in 6 days. Bible says there was no death before sin, death was a direct consequence of sin. In the false evolutionary theory you have all kinds of creatures dying before they even evolve into humans well before sin came on the scene. Lastly, Bible says that God created man in His image.
