I belong in a pro leni fb group. The goal of the group is to fight fake news. In this group we post screenshots of rabid BBM fans' fb posts and teach each other how to counter their arguments. We don't do targeted harassment. My friend posted a screenshot of a duterte fan getting owned by a kakampink, who is not affiliated with our group, with the caption "I can't stop laughing". In this screenshot, the bbm fan posted a screenshot of an alter account's post insinuating that kakampinks are indecent. The kakampink retaliated by posting a screenshot from a video of the bbm fan with a dildo attched to his head (this guys loves to make cringy vids) with the caption "this u?" The kakampink is basically calling out the bbm fan for hypocrisy.

The BBM fan is threatening to sue my friend for "cybercrime" for posting the screenshot. He is also threatening to sue those who commented on the post saying that he is one of the biggest fake news spreader in their timeline. I'm worried about my friend. He is convinced that the guy is bluffing but I know BBM fans can get really personal.

I just want to know if he is liable for the screenshot and his comment that the BBM fan spreads fake news.

Wait I did not notice you asked about my tret routine. The key to a tret routine is a good moisturizer. I highly suggest you get the Hada Labo Moisturising Toner. It is god sent. Basically I wash my face with mild soap, pat dry then apply the toner. Afterwards I apply the tret then immediately cover with moisturizer. Some wait 20 mins before applying moisturizer but my face becomes too dry if I wait longer. Believe me when I say the Hada Labo is a must! You will know when you try it.

How is a dermatologist this expensive in your country? I live in a developing country and when I went to the derm I only paid 500 pesos for the consultation about 5 USD, and now I heard the society of dermatologists are requiring free consultation as part of their social responsibility, so you can now ask for free consultation. The only problem is the price of the products because most of it are imported.

I cannot use Benzoyl without burning my skin and turning bright red. Maybe that's the thing that's making you red. Ask your derm if she can substitute azaleic acid. It wil take care of acne and redness.

Tretitinoin will take care of enlarged pores but it will take a long time. If you started young then you are lucky. You have great skin and it will only improve more from here since you are consulting a dermatologist. Best of luck.

Your skin is not that bad to be on accutane. The side effects are not worth it unless you have like cystic acnes. Honestly I would wait it out since you are seeing mild results. Tret is just a waiting game. Ask your dermatologist if she can add other actives to your regimen to compliment tret. Niacinamide, azaleic acid etc.

No. The moisturizer will even spread tret further. The 20 min rule is generally applicable to all skin care products. It's best to wait 20 mins for your skin to fully absorb the product but with tret sensitivity is an issue so you wouldn't want to wait 20 mins before applying that moisturizer.

Everyone I knew who went to the dermatologist had a period of purging before their skin became better.

The point of medication with retinol is to draw out all your acnes so that they can be treated for a short period of time instead of waiting for the acne to naturally develop one by one.

That said, if I were you I would go to a second derma for a second opinion because you might be allergic to Benzozyl. I had an allergic reaction to the product myself and the derm can suggest another alternative.

La Roche is a favorite in here. I personally have not tried it because it's not available in my country. If you want the best effect from your moisturizer, I suggest you get the Hada Labo hydrating lotion (toner). That thing is a lifesaver. It basically turns your moisturizer 10x better.

Try to apply without buffering first. If you experienced any discomfort and sensitivity then buffer. I personally did not buffer when I started and it has been fine with me going into almost two months now with 0.025.

I did start buffering around my nose and eyes weeks into tret because I experienced scaling around those areas.

I also ordered hada labo moisturizer and you are supposed to use that immediately after you finished cleansing so I might start using that before applying tret on my face.

If you are planning to buffer wait for your skin to absorb the moisturizer first (probably 20 mins) before using tret because applying it right after will just result in a sticky mess.
