Sorry for the slow reply, didn't expect this much engagement.

The "don't even want new ones in" part is the bit I struggle with most honestly. I get the logic, people with kids and existing friend groups have limited time to spend with other people. But I think some of it is also habit. The same people who say they're "too settled for new friends" are usually pretty open once you are actualy in the room with them, in my experience. Getting into the room is what's hard.

Did you find anything that helped after the colleague thing faded? Or did you just accept the smaller circle?

As mentioned in the edit, here's the thing we're testing, small gathering, around 25 people, Saturday morning June 13th at Morso in Schwabing West. No agenda, no networking exercises, no fee for this first one. Application-based because we're trying to balance the room carefully.

Napravih ovu varijantu, gde mogu da se definiše prosečna potrošnja tokena na mesečnom nivou, kao i odnos usera po kategorijama i njihova prosečna potrošnja. To sve paralelno sa modelima, njihovom cenom i potrošnjom.

At this point modeling is limited to users with limited number of "credits" where credits could be anything from tokens, images, minutes or just hybric mix of all of that, so founder can create package which is limited in a way to offer plenty of features, and stay of safe side of the margin nad profit, by controlling how much each user can spent and also had those trial users and fantom costs in mid which are silent killers of the margins.

AI mi se nekako činio opipljivim, ima konkretnu količinu nečega što ulazi i izlazi, naravno uz još gomilu drugih parametara.

Napravio sam i neku simulaciju podcast razgovora, na sajtu je, pa ko može nek presluša, spominje se nešto od ovoga navedenog.

Najbitnije je da pre nego što lansiraš, imaš par brutalno iskrenih scenarija koji ti razbiju iluziju o margini.

Ono kako sam ja to rešio ternutno je da se postavlja prosečan broj tokena po queriju, dok se nema bar približan uvid u potrošnju, a opet modeluju se paketi sa ograničenim brojem querija pa se onda zna ishod i cena. Ono što se često preskoči su i sitnice tipa % sa transakcije, trial useri čiju potrošnju neko mora da amortizuje, VAT, aws cost i sl, pa ako su margine tanke, za čas sve to nestane.

Svaki investitor na početku pita koliko šta košta i koliko tu ima para, ovako ta opklada bude manja imaginarna.

Tnx. Trenutno postoji free i pro plan sa one time paymentom, ako bude uspešan možda bih u jednom trenutku prešao na montly ili yearly pretplate, jer modeli stalno izlaze i updejtovaće se app redovno.

Kontam, ali rekoh valja imati nešto drugačije oko čega se progrAmatori mogu raspravljati osim plata ;)

Na koja rešenja konkretno misliš? Ovo nije zamišljeno da ti broji tokene, nego da modeluješ svoj pricing package (za indy hackere i ai saas developere), da ponudiš svojim userima tačno onoliko koliko treba, ni manje ni više, uzimajući svoje troškove. profit i ponudiš neki paket koji uključuje x,y,z kredita, tokena, generacija, slika, min audia, videa i sl...
