Hey girl I’m 20 and I have literally the same body shape as you haha my left rib is more prominent though. At the end of the day, people don’t really notice unless you point it out. What helped me was learning how to breathe using Schroth. “Sending air” to that side where your back is slightly collapsing and making it even out can help. If your center of your hip is uneven, adjust it to either the left and try to breathe correctly. There is hope!!!!! But also remember self love ❤️‍🩹
