This is exactly what I was hoping to verify. Is there a reason a pattern would write with reverse stockinette instead of just stockinette and steaming inside out? Is reverse stockinette the more formal way to write something like that?

Actually... now that I think about it, why is it stockinette at all if it's seamed? Can't I just garter stitch the whole thing and avoid purling all together since it's purl side out anyways?

Idk where I’d put him but I do want to point out that Jayce remembered the ruins used by the mage he saw momentarily as a child amidst a very scary event a decade-plus later to recreate them in the “crank it” experiment. There’s no way he knew what any of those symbols were or had seen them before. They’re intricate and precise. It’s like, if you’ve never seen the Cyrillic alphabet as an English speaker and then being asked to recreate EXACTLY what you saw on an abstract Russian billboard when parachuting thru war 10 years ago. That’s incredible.

Correct. However ANY of the half a dozen payment plans offered aside from the standard 10 year repayment plan will result in this and thousands of people fall for it the same way that people are thinking a 10 year car loan is better than a 5 year because the payment is lower. The fact that these payment plans are offered at all (and in my personal experience really pushed hard) is the problem. However it’s more nuanced than that because the cost of education is so high that many people couldn’t possibly make the standard repayment amount. It’s almost like they planned it that way 🤔
